Welcome to The Small Town Boutique! We are a clothing boutique located in Petersburg, Alaska. We have contemporary clothing at affordable prices! We have sizes for everyone ranging from Small-3XL!
Returns: We know that sometimes things just don't fit right and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges.
In-store purchases: Must be returned within 7 days of date of receipt. You will need receipt or proof of purchase present.
Online purchases: Must contact us within 7 days from date of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping fees to send back items for return/exchange.
To start an online return, you can contact us at thesmalltownboutiqueak@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 1403 Petersburg Alaska, 99833.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thesmalltownboutiqueak@gmail.com.
Items not eligible for return include: sale items, underwear, swimwear, home goods, and body suits. For hygiene reasons clothing items won’t be accepted for exchange nor store credit.
Items returned must arrive back odor free. Items returned that smell of smoke or any odor will not be accepted and returned back to the purchaser, and that customer will not be allowed to return items in the future.
